question on blood pressure. I always used to have a little higher pressure (around 135-140 over 80-90). I am scheduled for MI-AVR next month and off late my pressure has gone down - like i just measured and it is 115-75. I am a little lost as to why. Hope this is nothing to worry about!!!

I am going to ask a silly question: I am used to sleeping on my stomach or on my sides. My surgery will be scheduled for next month. As a trial, I have tried to sleep on my back and failed miserably - resulting in sleeplessness or neck/back pain. If you are like me, how did you manage to sleep on your back after a MI-AVR surgery?
