Yes, it often goes back to normal but depends on many factors such as the skill of your surgeon and hospital, whether surgery has been delayed longer than recommended, other medical issues that may be present, etc. A good question to ask your surgeon about. Here's hoping the best for... Read more.
If other things aren't affecting your health you'll have a good shot at a smooth recovery, just take it slow
I think since your heart will be operating normally (me for the first time ever) life will get back to BETTER than normal. I agree with Steve that a lot depends on surgeon and hospital. Also your overall condition. I do think it takes time to fully recover.
I don't think it ever gets back to 'normal'! although I also agree with Steve. My life is much better after the surgery because I feel so much better, I have a lot more energy etc., and my surgeon was the best of the best! But it's always there in... Read more.

For me life is better after surgery all if the issues that plagued me before are now fixed, evev though I was Asymtomatic, there were still issues that made my health worse. 🙏
