Good afternoon. My name is Robin. I received a Mitral Valve Replacement; keeping my old Mitral Valve as a foundation; Open Heart Surgery in October of 2022 at UMH. I still take my other medications regularly. Now, a Cardiologist I saw for an emergency appointment recently put me on Entresto for borderline heart failure. I am told it has been hidden for some time. It caused side effects. I went to the hospital over the weekend. I decided to stopped medicine. Doctors wanted me to start again. I took a lower dose. My blood pressure is low, so I am holding off on the medicine until I speak with my Cardiologists. Not feeling myself. Feel like I am in a brain fog. Is anyone going through this experience? I continue to exercise at Medical Fitness Center and continue PT twice a week. What other options are available instead of Entresto? Anyone have any suggestions? I continue to keep my faith and attitude strong. Thank you for your help and kindness. Robin
