This is first day I have actually wanted to write in this journal. If I don't then the next thing you know 3-4 months will have gone by and I won't remember clearly about the day to day recovery. Last night I slept I think with the aid of the pain killers went to bed at 10 work at 3 went to loo then back to bed and wok at 7 best night sleep I have had since operation. I feel groggy my mouth feels like sandpaper and the pain is still in my chest I can't make out which is worse the inside or outside pain. I get reassurance when I breath deeply and my diaphragm goes right down to let the oxygen in.
Not up to doing my profile yet.
Shirley Turner Take care my dear. Baby steps Hugs Shirley
