was diagnosed with serve Aortic value stenosis. After my surgery I had to go back to the hospital 8 days after surgery. Admitted to ICU because I went into AFIB. I am now on Amiodarome which brings its challenges. I am now at my six week mark and continue to have different pains and side effects.I walk about 2 miles in a day and try to stop if the pain is just too much. My pain is in my right shoulder and comes through my right side just above the breast. I also have pain in my lower ribs on both sides. I am hoping that someone can share their recovery and when this gets better?

Marie Myers If LS had rapid ventricular response afib (heart rate over 110-120) or symptoms associated with the afib, I can understand why she was admitted To ICU. People can have chest pain, fainting, or symptoms of congestive heart failure with rapid a fib. Also the fact that LS was a recent heart surgery patient makes caution all the more warranted. I hope the a fib was short lived!
