This is a very interesting site. Adam has done a great job, and of course I am about to buy the book. Today as with a lot of other days that the weather changes, my chest is swollen and sore. I use to "make fun of" my elders when they said their knees were hurting because of the weather. It's not so funny anymore. Nonetheless, most of them can get Cortisone shots in their knees and anywhere else they have arthritis. Can't get the shots in my chest though. So, I cope with the pain.
