Thanks Jeff, I watched some of the videos on youtube. I am willing to try anything at this point. Most of the videos and with your discussion, therapy was for recent injury. Hi Jonathan, Have you heard of cold laser, also known as low level laser therapy? It\'s a non heat producing laser therapy. Helps to speed healing and decrease pain. I am a chiropractor and use this therapy in my clinics with a lot of success. Check out some news videos on You Tube. Go to You Tube and search \"cold laser ML830\". This is the one we use. You will see people being helped with all kinds of conditions. I actually had one patient that had years of chromic chest pain (costochondritis) and we helped him where no one else could. I am going to use it on myself after my surgery to speed healing of the chest. Helps with scars too. Also, have you tried joint formula for the arthritis? Make sure to get a good one with Glucosamine, Chondroiton, MSM and try to get one with CMO too (Cetyl Myristoleate). Lastly, chiropractic may help you too. We can mobilize the thoracic spine (mid back) and also the joints where the ribs join the spine in the back. Jonathan, I am sorry, I posted in your guestbook in December and did not sign my name, I forget that sometimes. I don\'t know if anyone has your same condition, I have not read any as yet. It sounds like you have really been through the ringer. Have you consulted with any of the major heart centers such as Cleveland Clinic or Texas Heart Institute? It seems like someone should be able to help you. I do know that people on this site are here to offer support and encouragement and if they can help in any way, are happy to do it. You know, Adam, the founder of this site and author of the Heart Valve Surgery book is always helping us get evaluated by the experts. If you contact him, I know he will do all he can to help you. Hi Jonathan, welcome to the HVJ and Merry Christmas to you! I have just read your story and your journal. Bless your heart (pun intended) you have had a rough time. I just wonder if you have been to any of the major centers such as Cleveland Clinic to see if they can help you. Technology has changed so much in recent years. I also have severe aortic stenosis and will soon have my valve replaced. I am waiting on a date for surgery now. I have read some incredible stories on this site, seems a shame that you should still suffer. You will find a lot of support on this site and Adam is a \"real\" person and will help you get in touch with the \"experts\" in the field if you ask. He got me set up with Dr. Gillinov at Cleveland Clinic. If you have questions, post it in your journal and you will get lots of answers from people who have been through valve repair/replacement, etc. I don\'t know much yet, guessing I\'m gonna find out shortly!
