Aftercare a little lax but ultimately it is up to me to get out there and mix it up. Darn inertia is hard to overcome. Discussed anti anxiety, was told they would only contribute to inertia. Between a rock and a hard place? Seems so. But will go to cardio rehab, in July, hope to talk to someone about all this then.

Phyllis Petersen Even if all you can do is 5 minutes at a time, pushing to do that may help with how you feel and your motivation. Cardiac rehab will help, but try not to just wait. It's hard to push yourself and you're not alone there.
