Well September 2nd 2017 I celebrated a year since my surgery. My daughter bought a cake saying 'Happy heart day!' It was great fun. Now its almost another year and its flown by. Every single day I get up and Thank God and everyone involved in my care from that... Read more.

Janette, great post. Yes, only those who have gone through it understand the joy of going through it. We seem to appreciate people more and don't sweat the small stuff. Because we've been through the big stuff. Best wishes for continued great health.
