Is this something new that just came up? If so, I would talk to your cardiologist. Even more so if you have other symptoms in your arms, etc. If it's something you had for a while, especially along your incision then it might be some muscles. I had some needle like stinging on the right side of my chest several months after surgery. It didn't go away until after my second surgery. Although it was always exactly at the same spot, I don't think it was anything serious. But again, talk to your cardiologist especially if you feel it in other parts of your body (arms, legs, chest, etc).
