I had a double valve replacement (aortic and mitral) in July 2022. Unfortunately, I had a stroke during/after surgery. After months of physical/occupational therapy, I regained 99% of the use of my left side. Lately, however, I have been experiencing constant fatigue and low levels of energy ie. I sleep a lot! It seems my left ventricle is only constricting at 40-50%. My doctors are keeping watch over it, but is there something I could/should be doing? I would like to get back to my regularly active lifestyle!

The extreme fatigue is difficult to deal with. Hopefully there is something that can be done to correct that. Have you had more than one consultation? We are here for you🌷

Those are some of the things to consider. Take care :)
