Hi all It looks like I will need to book my Ross Procedure over the coming weeks. i have been feeling extremely nervous and anxious over the operation. Love reading positive stories

Thanks. Almost 1 year now. I think recovery will be a life long journey. Exercise, Diet life style is always on the forefront. But all is going well.

Thanks Sue, yes my surgeon has completed many Ross Procedures at the Heart Institute in Ottawa.
