I would say that you have a very serious heart problems that need attention immediately. Moderate to severe Mytral Valve regurgitating in its self is serious because it is allowing blood to leak badly back into your lungs, your Bicuspid Aortic Valve means you only have 2 leaflets on your valve instead of the normal 3 leaflets. People with this condition are prone to having Aortic Aneurysms which you have now and can burst if severe enough to cause sudden death. Severe Aortic Stenosis is a severe calcification or harding of your Aortic Valve Leaflets which severely limits the flow of blood into your Artories and can also cause regurgitating and if severe enough can also cause sudden death. I see your scheduled for surgery in a few weeks which is a good thing. Just make sure your surgeon is addressing all your heart issues while he has your chest opened. I am am assuming that you are showing signs of shortness of breath and chest pains because of these issues now, but when your valves are replaced or repaired and that Aneurysms is also repaired you will be feeling so much better for years to come.... Cristian, John gave you a good summary. Between now and your surgery date, use the resources of the "Learning Center" on this site to learn as much as you can about your condition. The more you know, the better you will be prepared for surgery. Reading the stories of people who have gone through the same surgery should also give you confidence and reassurance regarding this life changing event. Good luck to you.

Cristian, the info above is limited. I hope you can have your cardiologist and/or surgeon answer each of your questions. I don't know the size of your aortic aneurysm, but if large enough, a portion of your aorta may need to be replaced with a dacron graft. Severe aortic stenosis leads to a need for surgery and you want that to happen before your heart can be damaged by it or the symptoms from it become severe. You don't want these issues to threaten your life. Complex cardiac surgeries have become safer and safer--take heart! You will get through this. Best to you!
