Hi!! Yesterday was 3 months since my surgery. I'm no longer taking coumadin (yay), but still taking carvedilol. I'm not sure - but, I think this drug is what's making me so dizzy and weak. I'm trying to suck it up (because I'm alive) but it's hard to get anything... Read more.

Hi Chalah- Do you check your BP at home? Just wondering, because the carvedilol can effectively lower your BP. Maybe your BP is getting too low and causing your symptoms? Might want to talk to your doc, and possibly adjust your dose/or change meds. Just a thought...

yes, I check - it's low. My mom was a home health nurse and would check our bp & mine was low even when I was younger. It was always low until my stenosis became severe and then my bp became "normal". You know - in the 120's over -... Read more.
