Hi - mitral repair on 10/31 at UMich. When does the awful taste change go away? Yuk!!!

I will take about 2-3 weeks and food will begin to taste normally. I could not eat chocolate -of all things. My favorite.

I want to say food didn't completely taste right for me for about 6 weeks.
