Dan S-otts Hi Ann, everyone’s journey is different. I’m 63 and 1 year out from Mitral and Tricuspid valve repair. I exercise 5 days a week by walking, running, and lifting weights. The key for me is to ramp up slowly and not jump right in doing fast running or heavy lifting.

As you know those of us that have had heart issues are pretty Attuned to what’s going on with our bodies. You will know what limits are right for you. Take good care! 💔❤️🩹❤️

ann jalpoba Thanks for these very helpful comments. In answer to you Paul I do feel I can do more than before my operation. I also feel I am learning to listen to myself more and more kindly. I no longer force myself beyond what feels right at the time. I also notice I have good and not so good days and I try to go with the flow.
It's what I've assumed and am expecting....
