Suzette Schear  Hi Alan welcome to the site .  it’s really scary to find out. For me Dec everything seemed fine.  January went to  doc for what I thought was a cold .  Boy I was wrong. my primary did ekg. Something’s off go to cardiologist.  Went to cardiologist did cardiogram and was called up and it was one of the worst they ever seen.  I thought they were joking.  I asked on a scale if 1 - 10 how bad.  They answered 11.  Ended up having surgery in Feb.  simple things if you don’t have a recliner chair see if you can borrow or get one.  You’ll have to sleep on your back. Put everything in home that you need in arms reach you won’t be able to lift up your arms at first .  Get a notebook write down all questions.  Always be your own advocate.  This site has helped me too bad I didn’t know about it sooner.  I know this is long but I hope this helps. Also mediation can help.  Being young is a good factor
