Born in 1962 with a funky sounding heart. Over the years came way better technology!
Endocarditis from wisdom teeth extraction in 1981. By Gods grace i only had a small amount of scar tissue on valve. Got married.
2nd baby lacerated vaginal artery. Went to heaven, came back but trauma from blood loss caused a problem. 2 months later i had st judes valve mitral position placed. They did not know i had ruptured a chordai tedonai. Dr Rudy later said "We had help in there"as he pointed up and smiled! He told me that valve would last longer than i would
That was 6-25-90. So far he has been right!
3 rd baby was a surprise but Dr Burliegh
From Great Falls helped and we made it.
Because of that lifesaving surgery i have 3 adult girls and 6 amazing grandbabies
