I just signed with Adam's blog, I am an 80 years old male, very energetic, no specific medical history, normal weight, do moderate exercise 5-7 hours a week, also being a singer I put lots of energy when I practice, singing, I believe a lot on prevention in every aspect of my health, never had any operations, I have a very good cardio dr. he sent me to 4 echocardiograms since last 8 years, I learned how to interpret echocardiograms, the last one in January 2021, shows Aortic stenosis between mild and moderate, which is normal for my age, I don't have any signs and symptoms of aortic valve disease, except some dizziness sometimes. However, in 3 weeks, I will meet a cardiologist At Montreal heart institute specializing in echocardiograms to see my aortic valve status.
