About Me

Hi I'm 39 years old and have a regurgitating aortic valve that was diagnosed about 6 years ago. For the most part i would say that i am asymptomatic as I still live a normal and active lifestyle. Over the last few months I have been given the recommedation to go ahead with a surgery since my heart measurments are continuing to grow and heart is starting to look tired (even though i dont seem to feel it). The indended surgery is an aortic valve repair which they say will get me another 10-20 years out of the valve before having to do a replacement.
