Sitting at home on 5/17/21 when Cardiologist called about 7:30pm to tell me he had read my Echo and I needed to go to ER right away. My Aortic Valve is between Severe and Critical. I have had a Heart Murmur for over 20 years and just thought it was something I had to live with. My next step is Valve Replacement and to decide which procedure to go with. I will get consultation with 2 Surgeons and make that decision. In the meantime even though I do not have all symptoms, I have to take it real easy and no driving. I feel the same as before my diagnosis so that is really hard for me. But I know it is for the best. Will update when I have more information.
