Diagnosed mild mitral and tricuspid regurgitation.Recently 2019 October 5 went back for echo and follow up. Just notified to wear heart monitor and go for sleep study. Noticed lower leg swelling and going to leg vein doctor too. Diagnosed pulmonary hypertension at this visit after echo. No surgeries only monitoring at this point. 2020 added trace pulmonic valvular regurgitation. By echo rvsp 21 ejection rate 55-60
