Severe regurgitation pre surgery, delayed diagnosis of papillary rupture, reduced ejection fraction now. 5 months since surgery, on a new beta blocker hoping to reduce damage from pre surgery critical regurgitation. Now Type 2 diabetes diagnoses. I was a runner up until this happenned, ugh!
