About Me

I acquired a MRSA infection following an earlier surgical procedure and the infection damaged my mitral heart valve. I had a St. Jude Masters Series Mechanical Heart Valve implanted and successfully recovered. Coming up on two years following surgery, I feel great and am regularly exercising and enjoying life.
