I have moderate Aortic Stenosis (valve is 1.07 cm2) and moderate Conronary Artery Disease in 3 arteries. I am 71 years old. Next echo is 5/2024. I currently do not have symptoms, First diagnosed with Aortic Sclerosis, with no stenosis in June 2019. I had an Acute Pericarditis attack in November 2018. While I live 5 miles for Yale New Haven Hospital, I am considering going to New York Presbyterian Hospital (70 miles away), if and when I need valve replacement as they appear to be leaders in Aortic Valve Replacement. Since 2023 my Aortic Stenosis progression speed has increased significantly.
