About Me (In My Own Words)
I was asked to get AVR and double bypass in Nov 2017. After further research, I thought my AV could sustain another 3-5 years. So I decided to postpone AVR. After 2 months of searching, I found Dr Kini at Mount Sinai hospital who eventually opened up the total blockage in my LAD and D2. Blood flow has improved and my walking speed has recovered. I hope with the advances of technologies, I could do TAVR for my BAV in the future.
