Late 30s and just learned this year of my bicuspid aortic valve and ascending aortic aneurysm. Likely repair to the valve, but plan B is the replacement option. Curious to hear from those about mechanical v tissue choices, especially at this age, living on Coumadin or living with the knowledge that another surgery is impending. Hell, I'd also like to know about the first one =)
