About Me (In My Own Words)

Hi I found out 2 years ago I have severe mitral valve regurgitation. I am 51 years old and have an amazing cardiologist monitoring me. I am not set for surgery. My last 2 years of echo are exactly the same so this is at a slow progression and I am being monitored. I am a single mom and have felt very alone in this. Hoping to meet others and fin new friends to support each other on our healing journeys.
