About Me (In My Own Words)
Born with Congenital heart disease. Had open heart surgery at 2007. Had my aortic valve replaced, had aortic root aneurysm repair and replacement as well as coronary artery bi-pass. Aortic valve is 10 years old and showing signs of deterioration so now playing the waiting game of replacement. Also have ventricular septal defect which will be replaced at time of next valve replacement.
