About Me

My 19 year old son Dylan is scheduled to have his bicuspid aortic valve replaced by the Ross Procedure this coming Tuesday-July 19, 2016 at USC with Dr Starnes. He will also have his mitral valve and tricuspid valve repaired and his dual chamber pacemaker replaced as the lead to his upper chamber is no longer working. We just recently moved to California 3 months ago so I am new to the area and as I was researching valve options and the Ross Procedure I found this site. I wish I found it earlier as I am trying to stay strong for Dylan. I'm finding others who haven't gone through this don't realize how intense it can be.
