About Me (In My Own Words)
Diagnosed at 41 with bicuspid aortic valve. Also have a mild aortic root aneurysm (4.6 mm). Mildly symptomatic at this point with shortness of breath and some lightheadedness. My oldest is getting married in early June and looking to do surgery around August, as long as symptoms don't worsen. Prayers for healing for all on the site and I am looking forward to the gift of additional life this summer!
