Always very active, recovery is a pain! in more ways than one. But getting a little better each day. I am 76 and an athlete that competes in the Senior Games I qualified for Nationals (track and field) in June 2017 and hoping to be able to compete at a high level. My patience level is low, so frustrating not to be able to be more active.But able to walk for a couple of miles 4-5 times a week. But the pain level is still pretty intense at times, trying to stay away from too much pain medication. I have a wonderful husband that is supporting me on this journey. This too shall pass.
