Hi All,
I am looking for advice about my mothers case.
My mother was diagnosed with Aortic Calcification, she got an open heart operation and they placed a mechanical valve. She picked up few infections after and was quite sick. 3 years later, the valve is 70% blocked with calcium. The doctor says he cannot perform TAVI and only open heart. Unfortunately he said it will be fatal. I need advice as I think the doctor is incompetent.
