Today is my 1 year Valve Replacement OHS Anniversary! (This pic was in Jan pre-COVID) Many thanks to everyone on this site whose helpful words and advice got me through it!

Edwards Perimount Bovine. A TAVR is most likely in my future. I'd like to think all will fall into place so I don't have to do open heart again!

Heart Walk - 7 weeks post OHS

5 weeks post OHS, and I finally reached my goal of 10,000 steps. I'm amazed with how quickly my body is recovering. In 2 weeks, I'll be walking in the Heart Walk as a survivor!
