It is amazing how well we do after such a big surgery! Our bodies are miraculous in their ability to heal.

Your scar looks great! At about 8 weeks post op I felt pretty comfortable increasing the weights. Doing 20-30 LB dumbells for shoulders, curls, tricep extensions. I feel like I could do a lot more but I'm just going to ease back into the weights slowly......no need to rush it.

Looking good man! I'm in that same boat-lost a ton of muscle mass since May but like we have talked about...faster and stronger than before!
