Feeling Amazing and blessed, my mechanical valve was replace and aneurysm repaired on July 28 2020. I walk at least 4x a day this one was .62 goal is 2. Miles a day Only advice I have is if you are told to get in best possible shape and good... Read more.

That's great and agree 1000% on the "be in good shape" part of it. Really helps.

You have the right idea and attitude, I walked up to 10k when I was getting ready for surgery and the same when I could after. So much of the results and the recovery are dependent on your physical and mental conditioning. You look great, enjoy your new life 👍
