The great Salt-Free Seasoning Showdown. Lots of salt-free options out there for low sodium diets. Have you tried any of these or other brands? Which ones are your favorites?

I've found plain old pepper does the trick for me whenever I used to use salt. I do cook with lots of basil though.
I would say which ever one you like the taste of is the best. I have the McCormick and Lawry's but, like Rose, I find that fresh ground pepper is what I mostly use.

Post op day 5 battle scars. They removed all of the gauze and tape so I could get a clear shot of all the incisions. There's one additional incision in my right groin that I won't post due to its sensitive location. Lol.

It is amazing what can be done through those tiny scars...
I'm still amazed at full robotic surgery! You won't even seen those marks in a few weeks. Just keep them out of the sun until they're faded.

I think I was on 5th floor also! My room was big and love that ICU comes to you!!!
So Happy to hear you made it too. You were 4 days after mine. You are a good story teller enjoy reading your posts.
Seeing that phone reminds me of something my cardiologist said at the hospital after my 86 year old aunt tripped on the phone cord and nearly fell. He said, "This is 2017 and we do state of the art procedures and surgeries every day. Why do we still have phones... Read more.
Yeah, there are so many cords and cables you're hooked up to. It's like a choreographed dance whenever you need to get up and walk or use the restroom. You have a turn in certain directions as to not get tangled up.
