I had a valve replacement a little over a year ago.
I totally understand your anxiety. There was no need for the nurse practioner to say that, I'm sure it caused additional stress. Try to dismiss what he said, I don't think that was very professional.
Hopefully tests results will be good. Sending good thoughts and prayers your way.
