Hello William,
I also have tricuspid regurgitation, currently moderate according to my cardiac specialist. Still waiting and watching. It is very difficult finding others with this diagnosis, so I would love to be your friend here and possibly have a friendship with someone going through the same thing. I see you have your surgery scheduled and I would very much like to here from you and follow each other in our heart journey. Best wishes to you and wish you blessings and love for your upcoming surgery.

William T Lewis Hi Kimberly, thank you for the kind words. The 2000's haven't been good to me! 😂 Anyway, this year started with prostate laser surgery, I CAN PEE AGAIN, my humor. I drive semi and had to have a DOT physical before going back to driving. I black during the DOT physical, long story short, diagnosed with bradycardia and had a pacemaker placed inside my heart. My tes ts showed my tricuspid regurgitation turned to severe. Over the years I've gone to not so to severe tricuspid regurgitation. I was hoping for one of the trial programs for non invasive valve clips but I failed the testing for that.
My option is open heart or to do nothing. I'm 68 and NOT GIVING UP! My surgery will be repair or replacement. I also might have bypass as one artery is 80% blocked, the surgeon determines once I'm open he will decide. I had double bypass and the Maze procedure in 2007. Sorry to be brief but the thumbs didn't learn how to type 😂
Thank you again for reaching out and hopefully I can give some updates in a few days
