I had an aortic valve replaced on November 13th at Cleveland Clinic. Surgery went well, recovery even better . I sm 68 but I was golfing twice a week in early January. Yet, here we are 8 weeks later and I am still occasionally out of breath, with little or no activity causing it. I have had my heart checked, lungs x-rayed and all is well at cardiac rehab. No real reason for it, and I am sure I am fine, but it must take a while for our lungs to catch up.
Richard Bukac make sure they check you for PE clots in your lungs
