Thank you for directing me to your journal on one of my posts. Happy to see you are doing so well! I am 54 and decided to get a tissue valve instead of mechanical, so your story and thinking process on the topic was very reassuring!

Thank you for your support and kind words Deena! I'm looking forward to every day and the blessing of this life!! Your surgery was over a year ago, correct? How are you feeling now?

Feeling great. Took 14 months to fully recover. Those last four months were still "recovery", because I was still tired in the early eve. That is, 8/8:30 pm felt like 1030pm. But now all good! My resting HR went from the mid-70s per surgery to low 60s now!
