Marcin, I also live in the northwest suburbs and go to Northwestern. I am still in wait and watch mode for primary Tricuspid regurgitation which is moderate/severe. I will be having a TEE on Feb 25th, which makes me nervous, but I know needs to be done to seee more closely exactly what is going on in there. I wish you well tomorrow and look forward to seeing you on the other side of surgery! 
I live in McHenry and look forward to your updates and any information you may have on the Northwestern team and your experience there.
