My thoughts and prayers have been with you each day, but now even more so as the hours count down. I am praying for total guidance of the surgeons hands and peace for you, David and the children, etc. Wish I could be there to smile at you when you wake up, but I'll see you later on. Be blessed and know you are near and dear!!
Luv, Carol Robeson
Remember the old hymn, "It's just like Jesus to roll the clouds away It's just like Jesus to keep me day by day It's just like Jesus all along the way. It's just like His great love." It's just like Jesus to walk with you through this and give you peace And that's what I think about when I pray for you.
Dear Karen, Chuck and I are so sorry that you're having to go through all of this but are confident that God will guide the surgeons and all will go well. You must feel blessed to have such a special family to surround you with support. You are such a sweet, caring person and I know that your family and friends are looking forward to many more years of Karen with her healthy heart. Count us in among all of the prayers that are being lifted up on your behalf. Love you, Karen. Blessings to you and all your family as you go through this together. Elaine
Tsk, tsk yet I'm glad your "Mother's Day Out" didn't leave you feeling poorly.
I can't wait to walk this journey with you. You are an amazing mother and your children and grandchildren love you sooo much. Being by your side and holding your hand is such a small thing compared with all you have done for us. You have been there for us...no matter what.
I'm so glad you will be able to continue with your young free spirit for many years yet to come. If it takes a bionic heart to keep you around....then we will all take this journey together because it will be worth it.
Thank you, Kathie for doing what I am unable to do for mom...you are a blessing to us all:-)
Mom, I am reading your Journal :D. I'm so looking forward to having a sleep over at your house on Sunday night with my two sisters & brother. I plan to bring my camera, so we can take some fun & funny photos of us with you.
All four of us (Kristie, Jon, Rhonda & I) will follow you to the hospital Monday morning about 4:45 a.m. We plan to lavish you with lots of hugs, loves, & kisses before they whisk you away to surgery.
Karen this blog is a great idea. I am sure you will be able to look back on this time in your life and remember that God has been with you. Please be sure to let John and I know how we can be of help (Dave that includes you). Love you much. Your Sis Joyce
We are praying for you and your surgeon over the next several days that the Lord will go before you, preparing the surgeon with just the right information he needs for your surgery, that the Lord will work through his hands to correct the problems with your heart valves, and be with you both duing the surgery.
I'm so happy to hear that you decided to purchase the new chair. It should make the next several weeks so much easier for you.
My Sweet Cousin,
It has been my greatest pleasure getting to know you these past three years. I am grateful to have found you and a little sad it took so long for us to become acquainted. Mike and I have enjoyed our visits with you and Dave and look forward to many more. We will only be a few hours drive away if either of you need us. Lots of Love, Colleen

Praying for you this morning and was reminded of Psalm 103: "Bless the Lord, O my soul; and all that is within me, bless His holy name! Bless the Lord, O my soul and forget not all His benefits: who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, who satisfies your mouth with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's." Love you, dear friend. Jane
