Hi Becky. I am 3 weeks out of surgery (today) and healing well. Been walking twice a day, usually 1/2 mile each time. Yesterday, walked 1 1/2 miles in the morning and another half mile in the afternoon. Not a lot of tenderness at the incision. Still, it's going to... Read more.
