Hii david, when you first got diagnosed 10 years ago, how leaky was your valve? my other q is, di you qualify for minimal invasive since you have no aneurysm ?

Hey Ben! I have slowed down my running and run only in heart rate zone 2. I cancelled entry to a half marathon and marathon I was signed up for based on feedback from the cardiologist. They said there is no solid data that you shouldn't run that hard or... Read more.

I should also mention that I decreased my mileage, I try to keep all my runs under 1 hour total.
