Congrats on passing your 1-year mark! Praise God!! Isn\'t it great to be in 2011 and not 2010?! I pray health and great things for you ahead. It\'s always good to note your activities on FB. My wife and I are coming to Dallas for our Missionary Church General Conference July 5-8. It\'s at the Hilton Anatole. You guys anywhere near? Any interest in connecting? Just popping in to say hello after the FB invite. I see my cardiologist Tuesday for the first time since coming home from Cleveland. I am 15 days post op and am still experiencing some shortness of breath with exertion so will be curious to see what an xray will show.Feel if I could just get 5-6 hours of sleep, I would feel better, sorry to complain, but each day is definately better than the one before.

Hi David, great that you are driving. That is what Richard can\'t wait to do. He started his truck today and backed it in and out of the driveway. It has been so long since he drove it that he has 2 mice living in it. He goes into Boston tomorrow to see his cardio surgeon and will likely be given his blessings to drive.
Let us know how your cardio rehab goes - Richard is looking forward to that as he feels he has lost so much muscle (he is normally fairly rugged guy as he does all physical outdoor work - as a carpenter/builder and knows that cardio rehab will be imperative to his returning to his profession.

Marjorie and David, praying you are running to the Lord and giving Him this battle! The story in 2nd Chronicles: 1-30 has been my anchor in past times of despair and fear. Powerless you may be but v 15 says the battle is not yours but God\'s! Praying you will station yourselves, stand against this infection and see the salvation of the Lord on your behalf (v17)for the Lord is with you! Judah gave thanks to the Lord for His everlasting lovingkindness and the Lord intervened (v21)! With you I am trusting the Lord will set ambushes against C-diff, give you victory and that your God will give you peace and rest on all sides.

While this is another little blip in the road to recovery, he will recover and that\'s the focus. Try not to get too discouraged all of you.
