Hello Rosie, I'm doing well with recovery. I Thank God for that! It's been 2 1/2 weeks since surgery and regaining my strength. Walking 45-50 minutes each day. Thanks for your concern Bob

Thank you Rosie. 9 days post op and moving it forward day by day. So far, all is well & I Thank God for that.

Bob, great to hear! Walk walk walk. Logged any 5 or 8 minute walks yet?

Yes Rob, walked about 11minutes out from my condo and 11 minutes back for a total of 22 minutes today. I will try to add to that each day. I'm found that my confidence to walk any type of distance alone was questionable at first, but is steadily increasing each... Read more.
