Dear Barbara, I was a candidate for minimal invasive aortic valve and root replacement procedure as well through the right side of my chest as an alternative to open heart surgery. Not sure which procedure but will find out more during pre-op on Thursday. I am all for an easier recovery as long as it is as effective. Thank you so much for your response and time!
