hi Andrew, u seem young, so bovine would probably not be a good choice for you; i was 39 when i had my surgery to replace aortic valve and repair aneurysm six month ago; I got mechanical On-X valve, another good option for you is Ross procedure but maybe more... Read more.

Hi Andrew I am new to all of this too. But I hope you can get a second opinion because I am sure it would help you feel more comfortable. I felt like you do and feel much better since 2nd opinion about surgery.

Welcome, Andrew! There are minimally invasive aortic valve replacement procedures here in the U. S.
