Sarah, I also found that rolling out my whole back with a foam roller religiously in the months prior to surgery allowed for greater flexibility and mobility once I had the procedure. Good luck I'm sure you're going to be OK.

hmmm....well it appears I'm too late for that tip :-)....I'm under the knife tomorrow morning :-0. I do however look forward to the wedge!!! Thanks again!!
